Trinidad and Tobago is now the fourth top performing franchisee amongst 200 franchisees of Crestcom, around the world. This was revealed by the president and CEO of Crestcom International, LLC, Tammy Berberick, when she visited Trinidad last week. Berberick presented the award that signified this achievement to Renata Tulsie, President and Chief Mindshaper® of Caribbean Centre for Leadership Development (CCLD), at an exclusive client cocktail reception held on September 26, at VAS Lounge, Rust Street, Port of Spain. CCLD is the authorised licensee of Crestcom International for the Caribbean and Central America.
Berberick told guests that in just four years “CCLD has emerged as the leading leadership and management development company in the region with an impressive repertoire of clients and a market reach that spans Barbados, Jamaica, Suriname in the Caribbean, as well as Costa Rica and Panama in Central America”.
As a way of showing appreciation to valued clients and stakeholders, CCLD in turn presented its prestigious biennial ‘Ignite the Spark’ award to nine organisations, both in the private and public sectors, who have made a significant investment in the development of their managers and have enhanced employee engagement.
In speaking at the reception, Berberick said despite a challenging economic environment with oftentimes limited resources, training managers to lead their teams better will help organisations achieve extraordinary results.
She used the opportunity to launch three significant Crestcom learning initiatives, one of which is a robust learning portal which allows clients to interact, track learning and measure real ROI. She noted that these timely initiatives will transform the human resources and leadership development paradigm, globally.
